RA-AE-169 RETRO ARMS Next Generation M4/HK416

Compatible with Tokyo Marui Next Generation Electric Guns M4 Series and HK416 Series.

Manufactured from a block of A7075-T651 super-duralumin, a material used in aerospace, through full CNC machining. While significantly improving strength compared to the genuine zinc alloy, it is also substantially lighter at 91g for the gearbox alone, compared to the genuine 227g! This greatly expands customization possibilities.

Various changes have been made since the previous model.
Similar to the company's V2, a wiring guard has been added below the pinion gear. One of the four grip fixing screws has been omitted to avoid interference with the wiring route, making wire management easier. Electronic trigger signal wires can also be routed easily.

The protrusion for attaching the zero-remaining stop parts is now a separate pin component. When using it, insert the pin into the hole for assembly.

The front wiring hole has been enlarged, making it compatible with the HK416C.
The rounding of the cylinder bore corners has also been increased, providing excellent countermeasures against gearbox cracking.

A spring guide with bearings that perfectly matches the company's next-generation pistons is also included. (※This spring guide is only compatible with next-generation electric gun springs with an outer diameter of Φ14mm. Absolutely do not use it with standard electric gun specification springs with an outer diameter of Φ15mm. The spring may detach from the spring guide and get caught in the piston.)

■High-precision Φ8mm Bearing Hole Compatible with ANTIROT Bushings
The bearing holes, which feature pockets processed to be compatible with the company's ANTIROT bushings, are machined with high precision and have a size of Φ8mm H7 (0 to +15μm). The size is generally intended for press-fitting to prevent the bearing from rotating. (Please use press-fitting or anaerobic adhesive depending on the bearing you are using. For adhesive, we recommend Loctite 638 + Primer 7471.)

■Design with Excellent Wiring Protection and Management
A wiring guard is set below the motor tower/pinion gear. This prevents wire breakage due to contact with the gears and also makes it easier to route wires during assembly. The wiring space is also generous, making it highly compatible with electronic trigger wiring management.
